GRAPHIC DESIGNER (H/F)

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Blue Ice Europe. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in developing visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate our brand identity, product features, and key messaging to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create engaging visual assets that will be used across various platforms, including print and digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and design visual concepts that align with the Blue Ice Europe brand identity and effectively communicate our product features and benefits.
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, POP, packaging, product labels, advertisements, and website graphics.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously enhance design capabilities and deliver innovative and impactful designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, to ensure the integration of design elements into product prototypes and packaging.
- Provide creative input and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the consumer goods or outdoor industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

PRODUCTION PLANNER ASSISTANT (Apprenticeship Internship)

BLUE ICE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Planner Assistant Intern (Apprenticeship Internship) to join its team of passionate climbers and skiers. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production planning, inventory management, data analysis, and ERP system management.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen interest in production planning. The role involves working on both internal production and coordinating with external partners for FOB (Free on Board) products, as well as managing the ERP system for production.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the production planning team to create and maintain production schedules for internal production and external FOB products.
• Monitor stock levels for internal production and FOB products, and take necessary actions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage the ERP system for production planning, including data entry, system updates, and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations with key findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination between internal production and external partners.

Ce poste offre une opportunité précieuse d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans la planification de production, la gestion des stocks, l'analyse de données et la gestion des systèmes ERP. Le candidat idéal doit être désireux d'apprendre, posséder de solides compétences en organisation et manifester un vif intérêt pour la planification de production. Le rôle implique de travailler à la fois sur la production interne et en coordination avec des partenaires externes pour les produits FOB (Free on Board), ainsi que de gérer le système ERP pour la production.

LAB TESTING RESPONSIBLE

BLUE ICE is looking for an energetic test responsible, to join its Quality team based in Chamonix. Blue Ice develops and manufactures PPE equipment dedicated to climbing and mountaineering safety. Therefore product testing and qualification are at the heart of its design and manufacturing processes.
We are seeking a candidate who is both creatively and technically minded, who has a critical and analytic eye on product and enjoys problem solving. This position is strongly linked to product testing and manufacturing engineering knowledge, with a good understanding of the use of climbing and mountaineering equipment.This position takes place in a small and highly specialized team where each individual is expected to be able to carry their projects in full autonomy.
Job responsibilities :
Product development:
• Contribute to the development of the products test plans
• Benchmark products and test methods to generate the data necessary to define tests and products requirements
• Work with R&D team to establish engineering product requirements and design appropriate tests to validate the requirements have been met
• Perform tests on a variety of products, from early concepts exploration to pre-series validation
• Document test results in reports and present results to the different team members and stakeholders
Quality:
• Be part of the QA/QC processes by performing requested controls for both internal and external production: products/components inspections, destructive tests
• Be part of the non-conformities process: work closely with quality, production and development team to investigate and carry out relevant tests
• Observe the processes and methods requirements and challenge them for continuous improvement of the quality system
• Management of test laboratory and test equipment (from consumables to tests machines)
• Design test fixturing and create necessary technical drawings for fabrication
• Responsible of the test engineering knowledge management (tests process, methods, reports, data)
• Work with Quality and Manufacturing department to develop production control and inspection tools
Key Skills:
• Solidworks modeling and drawings
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T
• Familiar with basic inspection tools
• Testing machine use and programming
• Hands on and experience with fabrication tools
• Good ability to summarize and transmit information
• Agility, be able to manage various topics in parallel
• Solid English required
