Shipping policy
Delivery and returns
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your order (excluding Christmas period, the week of august 15, Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72 hours.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the proper delivery of your package. Our deliveries are made with the services of GLS and Colissimo.
Shipping cost
FREE LOCAL PICK-UP DELIVERY AT OUR OFFICE in les Houches (Opening hours: 9-12 am/2-4:30 pm)
FREE DELIVERY IN EUROPE (France, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovakia, Finland, Czech Republic and Sweden) FROM 100 €.
Delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay in 4/5 working days (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): € 10.00 including tax, free for purchases of € 100 or more.
Home delivery via GLS for EU countries: € 10.00 including tax, free for purchases of € 100.
Delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Standard home delivery via La Poste / GLS: £15.00 / 15 CHF. Delivery times are communicated directly by the carrier. Free for orders over 200 CHF & 150£.
Delivery in the rest of the world and the Dom-Tom
At the moment no delivery is guaranteed outside of the countries mentioned above but please do not hesitate to contact us at sales.eu@blueice.com if you would like more information.
For delivery outside the European Union, and outside Switzerland, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.
(For French overseas departments and territories, return shipping costs €10).
Returns possible within 14 days
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.blueice.com, you can return your item to us for free within 14 days. (Free returns within Europe, excluding products on sale).
You will be fully refunded (products and shipping fees) if you return the items received within 14 business days of delivery. Please send us an email at sales.eu@blueice.com so that we can manage your return request. Once your return is validated, we will send you a pre-paid label. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and undamaged packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns of PPE items (harnesses, ice axes, crampons, ice screws etc). You will be able to clearly identify on the product page if the article is allowed to be returned.
